I'm going to be really honest. I am a 23-year old woman with absolutely NO auto-expertise. So when my little Corolla started making "noises" I brought it to Tim's because of the reviews on Yelp. I could not have asked for better service. Tim Jr. rode in my car with me to listen to the noise (which ended up being some loose flappy thing), checked my breaks, and tightened up the noise-maker. And guess what! They did it FREE OF CHARGE. Absolutely free... Their reasoning? Because it there was nothing mechanically wrong with my car, so why should I be charged? Jaw-dropping, right? They could have easily charged me $50+, $100+... and I would have never known the difference. That people, is great, honest costumer service.
