My first visit to Tim's was the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Not two minutes after I arrived, Tim took a test drive with me to discuss the issue, and called me two hours later with diagnosis. After getting estimates, I decided NOT to make the repairs due to the cost and the age of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I figured they'd quickly show me the door, but nope... two of the technicians took the time to talk to me (unprompted) about the repairs, my driving routine, and to advise me on replacement of my vehicle. I was greatly appreciative of their advice, which will definitely inform my purchase. So, although I did not proceed with today's repairs, I will certainly be bringing my new vehicle to these guys. They clearly love what they do, and they're different, and I dig it.
